Since the late 1980's, the Sonora Bay Estates has completed four magnificent developments in San Carlos. Essentially completed, each of these four projects now feature homes or lots on the resale market and a few remaining lots waiting to be sold. Vista Marina is our newest development and opened for sales in January of 2003. Located adjacent to Marina Real, this project has it all. The response to this project was been beyond our expectations and only a few home sites remain. As with our other projects, Vista Marina has fully developed infrastructure and resort style amenities including a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center and palapa area.

Remaining home sites include a number of spectacular ocean view lots. We offer a turnkey package on custom homes at Vista Marina with all construction being completed by our own construction company.
