Anny Cordero

Anny is originally from Guaymas and has been involved in the many aspects of touristic development in San Carlos for the last 25 years. She has been with Century 21 Marina since 1997. Prior to that Anny worked as a certified accountant for one of the major developers in the Guaymas-San Carlos area.

She has been involved in the sales of many major developments such as Solimar condominiums, Costa del Mar, Marina Real, Puesta del Sol and most recently, Vista Marina. She also has extensive knowledge of the re-sale market in San Carlos.

Anny is known as the person that can answer almost any question there is about purchasing property and living in Mexico ranging from capital gains issues to tourist permits and visas. She is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients, which is witnessed by her large amount of referrals. Anny also offers trust advisory services and provides legal referrals for her clients as well as those of the rest of the Century 21 Marina team.

Dave Byers

Dave hails from the “heartlands” of Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa in 1978. Having lived in Germany for almost 10 years while in the food-brokerage business, he speaks fluent German. We all wish we could say the same about his Spanish but it continues to improve. After returning to the USA he had a successful career in the advertising business selling Yellow Page directory ads for US West Direct in the Phoenix market. During that time he was a multi-year member of the “President’s Circle” which honored top representatives from the company’s 14 state market. Dave first came to San Carlos in 1999 and within a year had gone into business with Octavio Llano A. and helped to start marketing and promoting their single family detached subdivisions in the USA. He moved to San Carlos full time at the end of 2004.

He has and his wife Ursula have 3 great kids and one beautiful granddaughter. His favorite pastime is spending time with his family on their boat in San Carlos. Pedro Cano

Pedro Cano is a living legend in San Carlos. Originally from California, Pedro has lived in San Carlos for over 15 years and has been selling real estate for Century 21 Marina since 1999. Pedro and his wife Rosa have lived at Puesta del Sol for the past 5 years. Prior to that they lived in Costa del Mar.

Pedro is bilingual and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the job. Rich Engle

Richard Engle grew up in North Carolina and has spent most of his adult life in California, where he and his wife Molly have a home in Indio. Rich has a degree in English Literature. He speaks reasonably good German and is working hard on his Spanish currently.

Rich’s first career was in the import shoe business. He manufactured in China and sold to Wal-Mart, Payless, Target, and most major chains. This work involved large amounts of time in Asia. Rich is a veteran of the US Army Security Agency and lived for three years in Germany.

His first job in real estate in the 90’s was with Century 21, A Property Shoppe, in Salinas, CA. In his second year, he qualified for the coveted Centurion Award. His last real estate position in the US was with Intero Real Estate in Monterey, CA. In 2004, Richard earned a spot as a member of the President’s Circle, which required at least $20 million in sales for one year. He is currently licensed in CA through 2009 and is licensed under the new certification program in Mexico.

Julie was born and raised in Oregon. Before moving to Phoenix, she was a sales manager in the computer business.

In Phoenix she sold real estate for over 10 years working in both the resale market and for large national builders. Julie has extensive experience in sales in the new housing construction business. She also has several years on the resale business. She is well versed in all phases of real estate and her attention to detail singles her out as a true professional. Julie sincerely enjoys meeting and working with people.

She fell in love with San Carlos and is excited to be here helping people find properties that meet their real estate needs.

Lalo Munoz

I was born and raised in San Diego, California. Fishing and the ocean was and still is my passion. At the age of 25 I started my real estate career with Prudential Ca. Realty. I was there for 10 years. Being bilingual really helped me help a lot. I helped many Latin buyers purchase their first home. The irony is that my Spanish helped in the States and my English helps here in Mexico. I met my wife in Tijuana MX 5 years ago. Since she is from Hermosillo, she would rave about San Carlos. I was always skeptical when she said, “I have to take you to the most beautiful place in Mexico”. I don’t doubt her anymore. We plan to raise our family here and hope to help many people with all their Real Estate needs.

Yeshira “Yeshi” Luna is a local from Guaymas and holds a bachelor’s degree in the tourism and hospitality industry.

An integral part of the C21 Marina team, Yeshi is responsible for the administration of all sales activities in the C21 office. On her days off Yeshi enjoys the beaches of San Carlos. When you stop in our office she’ll greet you with a warm smile!
